Let me say it straight right at the start, I loved the movie! Well acted, some really nice filming whereb the perspective met the action perfetly and even the very weird and mostly annoying music bits added to the paranoid schizzophrenic feeling that supported what was going on in the film - well done! But that was acchieved by other things as well, like the predictable surprises - see what I mean?

Hallo allerseits,
mir hat der Film auch gefallen aber nicht so gut wie Roughale. Vor allem im Vergleich mit „Eddington“ – der wie „Bugonia“ randständige Meinungen aufgriff – fiel mir auf, daß der Film doch eine ganze Weile brauchte, um Fahrt aufzunehmen, während „Eddington“ von Anfang an interessant war (nur anfangs auf eine andere Art als zum Schluß). Außerdem fand ich die Schlußwendung fast zwangsläufig – der Film konnte eigentlich nur auf zwei Arten enden, so daß ich den Schluß bereits erwartet hatte. Im Gegensatz dazu konnte mich „Eddington“ bin zum Schluß überraschen.

Das sind aber nur Nuancen an Unterschieden bei zwei insgesamt erfreulichen Werken des eher mäßigen Sneakjahres 2025. Vor daher ziehe ich einen Punkt ab und gebe „Bugonia“ eine „3+“.
