Tough subject and it is difficult to rate it, yes, it had some additions that might have been added without factual background - hard to say, but some details seemed unlikely to have happened this way and were added for film dramatic reasons. I cannot say, but the way the doc went into HG's (I dread to write the full name!) cell unguarded looked unreal. The meeting with his wife and daughter might have happened, but I have doubts here as well...

The other problem was the well-known faces that always gave the film a too strong film feeling for me and diverted me slightly from the reality of the past... That problem focussed on the doc and HG mostly...

The real documentary scenes of the KZs was tough, but important, this should never be forgotten and not be repeated in a similar form - that warning was strongly issued and we should know which countries were addressed here, 2 of them were among the 4 countries behind the trials.

Despite the minor flaws I give the film a 2 and hope people will watch and understand what must never happen again...
