No, this definitely isn't Dreamworks, Pixar or Disney, not even Sony. Vanguard Animation is a small canadian-english animation company that has been releasing films like "Charming" for more than a decade, and on occasion, they even got a theatrical release here in Germany, like "Happy N'Ever After" in 2007, or "Get Squirrely" in 2016. None of these films, however, even got to 100,000 tickets sold - and I somehow doubt that "Charmed" will, even though there are some recognizable names among the voice cast. Most of them - like Demi Lovato, Avril Lavigne and Sia (Furler), are known more for the music than their acting talents, and sure enough the film features a number of pop tunes for them to belt out.
Here's the trailer for "Charming":
How did you enjoy "Charming", which was clearly inspired from the "Shrek" franchise (plus a number to disneyfied faily tales)? How about the songs, the story telling, and the jokes, most of them delivered by Wilmer Valderrama as clueless Prince Charming? Please tell us what you thought of "Charming" in a reply to this post - you don't have to write a stack of sealed letters to convey your opinions.
