If you have seen too many of these kind of films it gets boring quickly, so was the case here. No real surprises a weak soundtrack for my taste and not enough US Xmys kitsch (yes, having been in the Carolinas for Xmas showed me how OTT they get... But I digress (as usual)... Funny to see a little Nazi hacking in the middle, completely whack and pretty much out of context, but I could have cheered with each axe hit A pitty there were no Angels for obvious sneak reasons, if you catch my drift! Silly yes, gory, well, regular, not on a level I'd say it's too much, so In think the better title could be: Silly Night, Gory Night

Hallo allerseits,
ich fand den Film ziemlich mäßig. Eine Serienkiller-Geschichte aus der Sicht des Serienkiller zu erzählen, ist zwar nicht grundsätzlich neu, hat aber Gelegenheit zu viel mehr gegeben, als der Film letztlich bereit war, zu erzählen. Witzig war die Stimme, die ihn leitete, und grundsätzlich komisch die Auswahl der Opfer, aber das er allein mit einer Axt eine halbe Party massakriert (die andere Hälfe wurde von der Lady, auf die er es eigentlich abgezielt hatte, mit einem Maschinengewehr umgenietet) auf bei allem Humor der Szene dann doch zuviel des Guten – zumindest für mich. Dann noch die obligatorisch Love Story, die hier vollends deplaziert war, und einen total vorhersehbaren Showdown – und fertig waren 90 Minuten (größtenteils) Langeweile. Vor mir gibt es auch eine glatte „Vier“ für diesen Weihnachts-Müll.
