In an unknown future birth control is very strict and each couple has to go through a 7 day test phase to prove they are fit for a child.

Now to the film... I found it pretty nerve-wrecking, which was probably intentional as it reflects how the tested couple feels during the assessment. Well, so far so good, but it dragged along pretty much of the time and felt too artificial for my taste. There was a twist at the end and I am not spoiling it, by saying that the protagonist was not who we thought to be - oh well that actually dropped my rating to a weak 4.
