#1343 Hunter Hunter
"Hunter Hunter" is the brainchild of Canadian filmmaker Shawn Linden and his first film in more than eight years. In the meantime, he worked as a writer for the crime drama "In Plain Sight" (featuring true-crime reenactments), and a miniseries called "The Fixer". His previous films, 2007's "Nobody" and 2012's "The Good Lie", are both labeled as thirllers, whereas "Hunter Hunter" is more of a survival horror / mystery kind of film, which keeps the watcher guessing for most of the time what might actually be happening. Here's the trailer:
What did you think of the film, which had its number of explicit depections of (the aftermath of) violence? How did you like the performances by Camille Sullivan as mother Anne, Summer H. Howell (who was 13/14 at the time of filming) as daughter Renee - a role that was gender-swapped and aged up when she was cast - and Devon Sawa (who played lead survivour Alex in #0306 "Final Destination" more than two decades ago) as father Joseph? Let us know what you thought of "Hunter Hunter" in a reply to this post.

Re: #1343 Hunter Hunter
Ich fand den Film die ganze Zeit schön spannend und das heftige Ende fand ich verdient. Bin kurz angebunden, höre den Wolf heulen also noch schnell die 2.
